Kirstin brings more than ten years of experience in family medicine and a genuine passion for helping patients live healthier, more balanced lives. Originally from Washington State, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Willamette University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. In 2011, she relocated to Colorado, where she provides compassionate, person-centered care. She recently became a Menopause Society Certified Provider (MSCP) , reflecting her dedication to supporting women through all stages of mid-life and beyond.

With special interests in mid-life women’s health, preventive medicine, diabetes management, and nutrition, Kirstin takes a collaborative approach to care—empowering her patients to reach their health goals through education, empathy, and authentic connection.

Outside the clinic, Kirstin is married and the mom of three active sons. She enjoys gravel biking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family.
